It all began in the summer of 2018 in a small college hostel room with three friends, one overheating laptop, and a phone call from a creator in the United States who said, “I make beautiful things, but nobody sees them. My shop is dead.” Determined to help, our founder spent countless nights learning Etsy SEO, optimizing listings, and improving visibility one step at a time. Alongside a practical roommate who quietly kept him going and a CS & AI enthusiast who transformed insights into systems, they revived that struggling store. One sale became another, and what started as helping one creator soon grew into helping dozens, then hundreds, of Etsy sellers succeed.

Today, that tiny hostel room has evolved into a team of 20+ creators, marketers, analysts, strategists, and problem-solvers dedicated to helping Etsy businesses grow. Along the way, passionate professionals joined the mission, including a marketing intern who challenged every assumption and is now our Marketing Strategist, ensuring every creator receives honest, effective guidance. While our laptops, coffee, and office have changed, our purpose hasn’t: we exist because creators deserve to be seen. We believe every handmade product has a story worth telling, beautiful things shouldn’t stay hidden, and no creator should have to build their business alone.
