Scaling $102K+ Revenue Through Etsy PPC Optimization & Listing Level Ad Strategy
Zitun Atelier is a premium Etsy store specializing in handcrafted luxury home decor, including olive wood chess boards, marble trays, wooden bowls, serving boards, wool figurines, and resin furniture. The brand had established strong positioning in the artisan luxury niche, but Etsy Ads performance and listing-level efficiency were limiting scalable growth.
The Key Challenge
Despite generating strong traffic and steady sales, the store’s advertising performance was inconsistent across its product catalog. Improving ROAS efficiency and maximizing revenue from existing traffic became critical for sustainable growth.
- PPC efficiency required optimization as ad spend generated inconsistent returns, with listing-level ROAS ranging from 0.66 to 5.05 and several products receiving budget despite weak performance.
- Revenue opportunities remained untapped due to a below-benchmark conversion rate, reliance on Etsy driven traffic, and underutilization of profitability tools such as Share & Save, limiting overall growth potential.

Conducted deep performance analysis at listing level to identify high performing and lowper forming ad assets for budget reallocation.The goal was to optimize PPC performance at listing level, improve ROAS consistency, and maximize revenue from existing traffic without increasing ad spend inefficiency.
Bid Optimization Strategy
Reduced spend on low-ROAS listings (0.66, 1.34) and shifted budget toward high
performing products (5.05, 4.20, 4.05).
Ad-to-Listing Alignment
Improved consistency between ad creatives and product pages to increase relevance
and reduce drop-offs.
Conversion-Focused Listing Optimization
Rewrote titles and descriptions with high-intent keywords and value-driven
messaging for both SEO and ads.
Results
Optimized listing-level performance across multiple products (up to ROAS 5.05). Top-performing product generated $27.7K revenue with 233 orders. Improved traffic balance: 51% Etsy / 49% direct & external sources. Increased listing
engagement with 109,230+ views and strong favorites activity. Improved fee efficiency through Share & Save optimization.
